When do I receive my money? +
Funds are released when the buyer authorizes release, or automatically when the inspection window expires without a dispute. Typical timeline: within 1–3 business days after release.
What if the buyer opens a dispute unfairly? +
Submit your delivery evidence through the platform. Trostower LLC reviews all evidence from both parties and makes a binding determination. Documented delivery protects you.
Do I need an account to accept a deal? +
Yes. When a buyer sends you a deal invitation by email, you click the link, create a free account, and accept the terms. The whole process takes under 5 minutes.
What currencies can I receive? +
Payouts are available in USD, EUR, GBP, and other major currencies depending on your payment method.
Is there a fee for sellers? +
The platform fee is 1.5% (minimum $5, maximum $500), split 50/50 with the buyer by default. This can be negotiated when the buyer creates the deal.
